The Resource Centre In 1999 we opened a Resource Centre in Maldon High Street. This is a drop-in centre for residents where they can call in for advice and assistance, join us in our work and make use of the many services on offer. If they so wish, they can just call in for a chat and a cup of tea. Although the main part of our work there is resident based, we run many services which are available to the residents of the Maldon district generally. These include: Photocopying, Laminating, Binding. Faxing, E mailing, Web browsing Basic computer tuition (Free of charge) Housing advice, CBL, Mutual Exchange, Letter writing, Help with C.V 's
A small charge is made for some services but most are free to residents. The Centre is manned by volunteer residents and is open 6 days a week – Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Saturdays from 10 a m. to 1 p.m.
