Since May 2009, MOAT no longer operates a register of Housing Applications in the East Region. Majority of MOAT properties for rent in this region fall within the Maldon District and all Housing Applications and Transfer requests are now processed by Maldon District Council under the Choice Based Lettings Scheme (CBL) in partnership with six other Councils - collectively known as The greater haven Gateway.
